Series 6 Farmers Farmer Mark - Mareeba, QLD
I am a caring person who enjoys giving. I'll stand up for what I think is right, but can be tempted by peer pressure! I enjoy the outdoors, including fishing and camping. I do some trail-bike riding on the weekends to creeks and waterfalls. I enjoy dancing, socialising with friends and of course, beer. I like to live an active lifestyle as much as possible, as well as being able to enjoy the quieter moments.
Series 6 Farmers Farmer Kieren - Young NSW
Our property has been in our family for more than 70 years. We run sheep, cattle and crops and have done so for some time. I enjoy working hard and taking pride in my work, as well as all of my other pursuits. It's this quality I'm searching for in a partner — a fun, attractive and outgoing woman. The woman I am looking for will be quite feminine, as I am not looking for a worker; I am looking for a partner.
Series 6 Farmers Farmer Ben - Clare SA
I started farming when I was 20 years old on the Yorke Peninsula and made the move back to our family farm two years later, where I now work with my father. I value the simple things in life — spending time with family and friends (you can't beat seeing the pure joy on the faces of my little nieces and nephews at Christmas), and a sensational home cooked dinner, with a good bottle of red and great company. Apart from being outgoing, genuine, honest, and easy to be around, I love adaptability in a girl — someone who is comfortable to dag around home on the farm by day, yet loves to dress up and head out when the occasion sees fit.
Series 6 farmers Farmer Charles - Barraba, NSW
Hello there, and thank you for thinking you might like to stop by my farm! My farming history is one of those stories of going a long way to find where you belong. I've now been on this place here for three years. It's a beautiful part of this great country and I value the opportunity to live and work and be a part of this land. It's a challenge, but an honour too. So I'd value a woman who can tap into that, really — someone for whom sharing that journey and building a life together on the land holds an appeal.
Series 6 farmers Farmer Melia - Yallingup, WA
I have lived on farming properties my whole life, and grew up saving baby lambs, fixing fences and riding horses in remote places. I feel a sense of place within myself when I am on the farm, and I feel an overall satisfaction in my life when I work on the land. My family has lived on our current farm since 1994, and we planted grapes in 1999. I decided to study viticulture and oenology in 2004, and have helped the family with their business since then. On the farm I am involved in vine management, pruning, weed management, tractor operation and general farm management. I am also involved partially in the winemaking and business operation. I value stability and personal growth in life. I also aim for overall satisfaction with my quality of life. I find quality of character very important in a partner, and I also value honesty and integrity. A potential partner must have a good sense of humour, even in the tough times, as well as showing a general interest in just about anything. I think it's very important for a partner to be open-minded and non-judgmental. I also appreciate general courtesy and manners, and I strongly believe in treating people as I wish to be treated. A love for travel is also a must!
Series 6 Farmers Farmer Nick - Gordon Victoria
Farmer Nick is a third-generation sheep and potato farmer from Gordon Victoria.
I was born and raised in Gordon and am from a family of eight, with two older brothers and three younger sisters. When I finished high school, I got an apprenticeship as a carpenter in Melbourne, always with the intention of coming back to the farm.
